Garden Run

There may be some benefit to running at 6am. This morning I didn't get out to the Garden for my run until 8:30ish. It was still early enough that there weren't many cars in the parking lot. Despite that, there were entirely too many cars driving past as I ran. Guess it's back to early mornings! Distance: 6 miles. Time: slow (1:06:38).

Hey, that's still faster than my slow ass!

Can you email me? I have some rafting questions.

Lazy! Don't you know the old saying, "The early bird gets to squash all the worms" on the road in the Garden?
