Today's WOD was Cindy: 5 pull-ups, 10 push-ups, 15 squats. - as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes.
I did the workout as rx'd, meaning that my pull-ups were not banded and my push-ups were all on my toes. I did 11 rounds plus 5 pull-ups and 5 push-ups.
