I finally managed to get out and complete a longer run. My knee has been disagreeing with me lately, so I'm excited that I actually got it done. Of course, it was painfully slow, but such is life. Tomorrow is Incline Thursday. I'll have to do that early in the day so that I can enjoy my turkey.
